Tomorrow is Halloween and it means the days are getting shorter and the weather is getting colder in the northern hemisphere. We will need more electricity to lighten and more gas to heat our houses.
Google has some energy saving tips for you to save energy & money and a simple calculator with a Halloween theme to learn how much you can save up.
For example, if you use power management to put your computer to sleep automatically, you can save $40 in a year and the more importantly you can save 650 pounds of CO2 that is equivalent to not driving your car for 19 days.
