Google announced important changes about Google Play, Google’s new name for what we used to know as the Android Market, where Android users went to buy and download their mobile apps. You can check the changes in Google Play Developer Program policies here.

Google is trying to decrease malware and spam in Android Market. iOS App Store is fully controlled by Apple but Android Market is more open for malicious developers then iOS App Store. I hope Google Play gets better with these changes.
